CU Associates is an indigenous construction and cost consultant firm, incorporated as a limited liability company in September 2006, but has been in operation since 1999 as a business enterprise.
Aims:- To bring to our workplace a proud heritage of performance, accomplishment, integrity, excellence and commitment to our ever increasing esteemed clients
- To develop a team relationship with our esteemed clients and provide the reliable, honest, well-engineered solutions to problems and challenges in order to achieve the highest level of productivity, efficiency and client satisfaction within the Civil and Construction environment
- To function in our area of specialty with highest level of safety in accordance with the Environmental laws in the Construction and Building codes
- To be amongst the top 50 engineering construction companies in Nigeria within the next five years.

We also have arrangement with our equipment leasing partner to obtain specific required equipment for efficient performance of our work.

Health, Safety & Environment
CUAL recognizes the hazardous nature of our operations and the adverse consequences of its failure to observe checks and control or completely eliminate the action and condition that could result in accident. It is our belief that good CASHES policies shall form an integral part of her business and will vigorously pursue all accident prevention policies and programme through her well-structured and efficient CASHES system.
CUAL activities will therefore be organized, planned and executed so that:
- A genuine respect for employees and society generally encouraged , thereby contributing to the welfare of all concerned.
- The health, safety and security of all employees and any person participating in the company’s operations including sub-contractors and any third parties are safeguarded.
- Any possible undesirable effects of its activities on the environment is minimized
- Damages and danger to materials and properties are avoided
- In applicable cases, minor contracts are awarded to the indigenous sub-contractors from the host community, elders and youth groups are consulted in numbers concerning security and welfare during the contract period
That 5% of CUAL net profit after tax shall be re-plowed into the host community to cater for a basic identified need/specific humanitarian goal which forms part of our Corporate Social Responsibility /public relations in the community.

Managing Partner & CEO
Oversees the firm's businesses worldwide. He provides long term strategic chart and policies that guide the firms operations and areas of expertise. He is highly skilled in Project supervisions.
Ugochukwu Uwadi
Archiect & Designs
He is in charge of all archtectural drawings and building designs for the organization. He advises and implements on decisions that have bearings on drawings and designs for our clients. .
Celestine Uzezi Obroku
Project Manager
He is in charge of sourcing and retention of all resource personnel for our projects. He also doubles as our ICT Director that recommends, sources and implements our ICT needs and solutions. .
Tajudeen Salami
Engineer & Structural Designs
Taju is in charge of the structural designs for all projects. Working closely with Architect to corroborate project final designs. .
